Utilities are billed separately through UB West. SRP & Cox are set-up separately.

WHAT LEASING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer 6-12 month leases.

DO YOU OFFER INDIVIDUAL LEASES & CO-LIVING?

We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

DO YOU ACCEPT SECTION 8 VOUCHERS?

Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.

IS RENTER'S INSURANCE REQUIRED?

You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise at Estrella Park provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.

CAN THE APARTMENT BE SUBLET OR LISTED ON SHORT-TERM RENTAL PLATFORMS LIKE AIRBNB OR VRBO?

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR THE FITNESS CENTER?

Our fitness center is open 24/7.

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

8AM - 10PM

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE LAUNDRY FACILITY?

Our laundry facility is open 24/7.

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

No

ARE APARTMENTS INTERNET/CABLE READY? IS THERE A SEPARATE CHARGE? HOW DO I SET IT UP?

Yes, our apartments are internet/cable ready through Cox QuickConnect.

HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGES/DO YOU HAVE PACKAGE LOCKERS?

Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.

ARE BBQ GRILLS AVAILABLE?

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?

Rise at Estrella Park is a smoke-free community. All smoking must be done 10ft from the building.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS; IF SO, DO YOU HAVE PET AMENITIES?

Yes, Rise at Estrella Park is a pet-friendly community. Enjoy our dog park and walking paths!

We offer assigned parking.

Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.

WHAT TYPE OF FLOORING DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE?

Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.

IS THERE A BATHTUB OR JUST A SHOWER?

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.

WHAT KIND OF APPLIANCES AND FEATURES DOES THE KITCHEN HAVE?

Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

DOES THE APARTMENT COME WITH A MICROWAVE?

Microwaves are available in select apartment homes.

DO APARTMENTS HAVE DISHWASHERS?

Dishwashers are available in select apartment homes.
